Add On Services

The FleetConnect Connected Navigation Unit(CND) can have additional services added to the unit to support industry specific requirements. Enhanced services will  continue to be added as they are identified and developed.

FleetConnect  Working Time is a add on module for recording working time, idle time and standby time. The user simply changes a state on the CND unit which in turn is sent to the FleetConnect  Website for reporting. A web user can then run reports to get information on working time information and can see the current working state of a user.

FleetConnect Vehicle Check is a add on module for recording the state of a vehicle, the user simply works through a list of items that need to be checked flagging if any fail on the CND unit. The user can also collect the odometer reading and add comments to the checklist. The checklist is then sent back to the FleetConnect Website for reporting.

FleetConnect Task Management is a simple Task manager where users can input and upload Tasks and have them sent to the CND unit. A task has a number of pre defined fields such as address, contact, company, Phone and Notes fields, the CND user can open the task, navigate to the tasks address and collect notes and a signature. The information collected is sent back to the FleetConnect Website for reporting. The web user can see the Task on the maps and can view the collected data information allowing them to get visibility of the mobile users activity. The task also has a number of status's that are recorded allowing the user to audit and monitor the task such as sent, received, opened, on way, arrived, on hold and task completed.

FleetConnect Open Platform allows Software Developers and Systems Integrators to add their applications to the platform, allowing customers to run applications on the connected Navigation device for inter-connection with their back office systems and processes.
